How can I return a product

  • Log in to your account on the desktop or mobile website.
  • Enter your email ID and password, then click Login.
  • Go to My Orders and select the product you want to return.
  • Choose the reason for return and add any additional notes in the provided box.
  • If you received a wrong product or a damaged item, upload images as instructed.
  • Returns for wrong product, damage, or color mismatch will be investigated with the vendor.
  • Upon approval, reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 48 to 72 hours.
  • Once the order is picked up, the refund or wallet processing will be initiated as per our system.

We offer Self Return and Reverse Pickup options. To return a product, pack it in its original condition and hand it over to the assigned courier after selecting it in the Return Panel.

Eligibility for Returns (within 7 days of
delivery):

  • Product received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Product does not match the image displayed on the website.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered, except for damaged or incorrect products,where up to Rs. 100 will be reimbursed for Self Return.

Replacement & Refund Options:

  • Choose between a replacement, refund, or coupon for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-stitched, standard-stitched, and lingerie sets cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

I want to cancel my order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once your cancellation request is accepted, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours to your wallet or the original payment source. For assistance, contact our support team via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Please include your cancellation reason when reaching out.

How much time does Refund take

Refunds are processed within 7-8 working days after the product is returned to the
vendor and the required details are provided.

For Credit/Debit Card
Payments:

  • Share the tracking details once the product is returned.
  • Refund will be initiated upon verification.

For Cash on Delivery/Deposit Payments:

  • Share the tracking details once the product is returned.
  • Provide bank account details (Name, Bank Name, Branch, IFSC Code, and Account Number) for NEFT transactions.
  • Refund will be initiated upon verification.

How can I know the status of my refund

quality check.

  • Online Transactions: Processed within 4 to 5 working days after receiving the product

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation

Refunds are processed based on your original payment mode.

Back to Source: The amount is refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

NEFT Transfer: Available for Cash-on Delivery orders. Cash refunds are not possible as per policy.

CanI change my shipping after placing the order

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.           

Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges

For most areas in India, we provide a reverse pick-up service at no additional cost. If reverse pick-up is unavailable due to remote location or service limitations customers may need to ship the product back to us. In such cases, we reimburse the shipping cost up to INR 100.

How and when will I get my refund

Refunds are initiated once the pick-up is completed.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Refunds can be processed via NEFT or Cashfree link.

  • NEFT: Upload your bank details while proceeding with the return.
  • Cashfree: A secure payment gateway for instant refunds.

Using the Cashfree Link:

  • You’ll receive the link via WhatsApp, email, or text message.
  • Click the link and choose how to receive the refund:
  • Bank Transfer: Upload bank details and verify with OTP.
  • GPay: Verify your registered number with OTP for an instant refund.
  • The Cashfree link is valid for 7 days.

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
