Order Status Definitions
- Order Placed: Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting payment confirmation.
- Confirmed: Payment received, and your order is now being processed.
- In Warehouse: Products are in the warehouse undergoing quality checks.
- Quality Check: Products have passed quality checks. If any fail, you’ll be notified via email.
- Ready to Ship: Products are packed and prepared for shipment.
- Dispatched: The order has been shipped, and tracking details have been emailed to you.
- Stay updated with automated email notifications at every stage. Check your inbox for the latest updates.
CanI accept the package after checking the contents inside it
As per our company policy, packages cannot be opened before delivery is accepted. Once you receive your order, if you have any concerns, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll assist you.

How do I know my order has been confirmed

I haven't received the invoice for my order
A hard copy of the invoice is included with your order. If you didn’t receive it, contact our support team, and we’ll send you a soft copy.
